How can I add more users?
1. On your laptop/desktop device, we recommend using Google Chrome as your browser and sign in here: www.typesy.com/type
2. Click on your profile picture located in the upper right hand corner of your Typesy screen, then click Users & Admin.
3. From the Users section, click on the Add User button.
4. You can choose Invite User, enter their email address and an invite will be sent to them, or you can choose Add Manually and enter their account details to create their account instead.
Important note: If you are not under a monthly/yearly VIP subscription, you can request for assistance by submitting a ticket here: Helpdesk and one of our Support Specialist will help create an account on your behalf
Kindly also include the following information in the ticket:
1. Your request in the subject area.
2. The email address for your main account.
3. full name and the email address for the new user you are looking to add in the description.
