How do I import new users?

1. Head over to the Users section, and click on the import icon (up arrow). You can also export the entire user list in this section by clicking on the export icon (down arrow)

2. After clicking on the import icon, you'll be able to read the instructions on how to use the feature:

3. Click on the Download Template CSV button, to download the template you can use to import users in Typesy: 

4. Once you've entered all the needed information in the template, don't forget to save a copy. Click on Browse and select the saved template. 

Before uploading the file, you can also put a check mark beside Fix name capitalization, so Typesy can help capitalize the first letter of the first and last names of the users. You can also choose where to enroll the users by selecting a class in Enroll in class.

5. After making sure everything is in order, you can proceed to clicking on the Upload CSV button, and wait for it to finish importing the file. Click on the button only once, wait for a moment, and a progress screen will pop-up in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.
