We use Clever and I’ve just shared my Clever data to Typesy, but I still don’t see our data coming through to your app. Is this something on your end?

We use Clever and I’ve just shared my Clever data to Typesy, but I still don’t see our data coming through to your app. Is this something on your end?

The data-sync is not immediate. Depending on the volume of data you shared, it might take some time to complete the sync. Sometimes it takes a few minutes, sometimes a few hours, and sometimes it’s almost immediate. To make sure all is in place, please give it 24 hours from the time you shared your data to complete.
