How can I cancel my subscription?

For Desktop/Laptop devices:


1. On your laptop desktop device, we recommend using Google Chrome as your browser to sign in here: www.typesy.com/type

2. Click on your profile picture located in the upper right hand corner of your screen, then click Users & Admin.



3.  Next, click on the Account section and then select Advanced Subscription Options.




3. In this section, you'll find various subscription options, including the option to cancel.


For iPad/Tablets:

1. Download the Typesy app from the Appstore (Apple) or Playstore (Android)


2. Go to Profile

3. Next, Click on the person icon, then Cancel.



3. You’ll be moved to Account Options, where you can cancel your subscription.

Playstore/Appstore subscriptions:

For monthly subscriptions created directly through Playstore's or Appstore's app, you can cancel it anytime by following the instructions below:
