What is Wordela Pets?
As they learn, Wordela encourages kids to keep going by hatching pets. Kids love collecting pets on their profile—and equipping a pet even unlocks special powers in the program!
Hatching a pet
1. The Click to Hatch a Pet button appears after completing 7 sessions in Learn Vocab and Learn Spelling.
2. After hatching, they’ll see the pet’s personality and stats. Click View Pets Now to view or equip it.
Viewing and equipping pets
1. To view collected pets, go to Profile > My Pets.
2. Pets are sorted by rarity—from Ultra Legendary to Common. The more pets they have, the better the chances of hatching rare ones.

3. To equip a pet, hover over it and click Equip. Each pet gives a Wordela Points multiplier bonus, you can click About to learn more about each pet.
4. The equipped pet will appear next to their profile picture, with its multiplier bonus shown below their name.
Disabling/Enabling the Wordela Pets Feature
Admins can enable or disable the feature by going to the Class, then Settings, and toggling Disable Pets to ON (blue) or OFF (gray).
