We had a Typesy trial through Clever and we already purchased it. However, it still shows a prompt that our account is on a trial and will expire in a few weeks. How do we fix this?

We had a Typesy trial through Clever and we already purchased it. However, it still shows a prompt that our account is on a trial and will expire in a few weeks. How do we fix this?

There’s currently no option to automate this update in either your Typesy admin or Clever dashboard. Please contact our Customer Success Manager at bryan@ereflect.com (707) 666-3884 x 102 so he can manually update the Typesy subscription you have connected via Clever and make it an official subscription.
