1. Open the Spreed tab.
2. Click Settings (top right corner).
3. In the Spreed tab, choose your reading mode:
- Serial: Trains your eyes to read word groups (reduces sub-vocalization).
- Flow: Mimics natural left-to-right reading; focus on word clusters.
- Highlight: Expands peripheral vision; follow highlighted word groups.
- Scroll: Displays text vertically to reduce regression and sub-vocalization.
4. You can also adjust the number of words, lines, and line height using the sliders, and use the toggle button to center-align the text.
