Subscription Reactivation

When a subscription has been inactive/canceled for more than 3-5 days from its last active date, you might receive a notice that reads: "User does not have access to this software" when attempting to sign in to your account. If this happens, kindly submit a ticket to: Helpdesk and we'll provide you access to your account, and guide you through the process.

If you are able to access your account, you can follow the instructions below instead:

1. Access the program through a browser on your laptop/desktop device.

You may sign in here, and we recommend using Google chrome: www.wordela.com/app 

2. Once done, click on the 3 dots located in the upper right hand corner of your Wordela screen.



2. Click on Users & Admin:



3. Next, Head over to Account > Change payment method. After entering all the necessary details and confirming, it will automatically charge the renewal fee to reactivate the subscription.
