Subscription Reactivation

Subscription Reactivation

If your monthly subscription has been inactive or canceled for 3–5 days or more, you may see a message saying:

"User does not have access to this software"
when trying to log in.

If this happens, please
submit a ticket via our Helpdesk, and we’ll help restore access and guide you through reactivation.




Reactivation Instructions

1. Open www.wordela.com/app on your laptop or desktop using Google Chrome.

2. Click your Profile Picture in the upper right corner, then select Users & Admin.



3. Go to Account, then click Change Payment Method. After confirming your details, the renewal fee will be charged, and your subscription will be reactivated.
