I was charged a Foreign Transaction Fee. What is this?

The transaction fee is going to the bank itself (who may pass it on to the card provider like VISA), and not to eReflect. We are only getting the exact amount as shown in your purchase receipt, and we are not able to determine whether the additional fee is being taken (otherwise we would note that in the receipt). Only a relatively small number of banks seem to make this extra charge and it typically appears to be 1-3% of the purchase amount. You can verify this by calling your bank.
