How to reset or change a student's password

There are three ways you can do this, and all of them can be done straight from your Admin interface.

Option 1: Providing a 4 key password

1. Sign in to your Admin account.

2. Head over to their class.

3. Click on Students > Click on the 3 dots at the end of their account information > Reset password. This provides an easy to remember 4 key system generated password.

Option 2: Manually entering a password

1. Still in their class > Students > Click on the first name of the student.

2. Click on the 3 dots User Menu > Click on Edit > in the password field, enter the desired password > once done, click on Save.

Option 3: Multiple provision of 4 key passwords/quick reset

1. Still in their class > Students.

2. You can put a check mark in the small box just beside your student/s name. This will bring up the reset password menu at the top. Click on the reset password icon, and they will be provided with new 4 key system generated passwords.
