How often am I supposed spreed per day and at what speed?

We recommend using the software for 5-10 minutes per day, and starting at 200 WPM and set the goal to 600WPM. We usually advise increasing your speed at 15-30 words per minute increments. So, if you are reading at 200 wpm this week, you can increase it by 215-230 next week. This way, you can slowly but surely increase your reading speed.

This Goal is also suggested in-app when you click on the 3 dots > Goals:

Preview

You can click on Recommend to start a comprehension test with a book of your choice, and get a recommended WPM goal.
