• Everytime I import my students, I always get the “username already in use” error message. I look at our file and in our Typesy users but it’s not in use at all. How do I go about this?

  The username is compared against all users in Typesy. If you get the “username already in use” error, it means that another account or school is already using that username. Please enter a different username for those students instead.
