How do we Restrict students from changing their Usernames?
Go to the Class Settings tab from your admin interface. Under the General settings section, there’s a setting named Disable Username change. If this setting is enabled, students can’t change or reset their username.
The username is compared against all users in Typesy. If you get the “username already in use” error, it means that another account or school is already using that username. Please enter a different username for those students instead.
