How can I reset a user’s password, change their account information, or delete their account?

1. Click on the 3 dots located in the upper right hand corner of your Typesy screen, then click Users & Admin. You may also click on this link: Users & Admin

2. You’ll find the 3 dots menu located at the far end of the user’s status. Here, you can choose: Reset password, Edit, or Delete to make the necessary changes to their account.
