1. To change a student's account details, go to their class, click on Students, then click on the student’s first or last name.
Alternatively, you can go to Users, search for the student’s name, and click on their first or last name.
2. You'll be taken to their User Dashboard. From here, click on the User Menu, then select Edit.
3. This option allows you to update a user's account information: Password, Name, Username, Email Address (if any), and Type of User (Student, Teacher, or Admin). Once done, click Save to confirm the changes.
IMPORTANT NOTE
This option is only available for users who are not using any SSO login options such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, Clever, ClassLink, or Canvas.
