How can I cancel my subscription?
For Desktop/Laptop devices:
1. On your laptop/desktop device, we recommend using Google Chrome as your browser and sign in here: www.wordela.com/app
2. Click on the 3 dots located in the upper right hand corner of your screen, then click Users & Admin.
3. Next, click on the Account section and then select Advanced Subscription Options.
4. In this section, you'll find various subscription options, including the option to cancel.
For Mobile/iPad/Tablets:
1. Go to Profile
2. Next, Click on the person icon, then Cancel.
3. You’ll be moved to Account Options, where you can cancel your subscription
Playstore/Appstore subscriptions:
For monthly subscriptions created directly through Playstore's or Appstore's app, you can cancel it anytime by following the instructions below:
