How can I cancel my subscription?

For Desktop/Laptop devices:

1. Click on the 3 dots located in the upper right hand corner of your screen, then click Users & Admin.

2.  Next, click on the Account section and then select Advanced Subscription Options.




3. In this section, you'll find various subscription options, including the option to cancel.



For Mobile/iPad/Tablets:

1. Go to Profile

2. Next, Click on the person icon, then Cancel.



3. You’ll be moved to Account Options, where you can cancel your subscription.
