1. Open the Spreed tab and click the Settings button (top right).
2. Select the Advanced tab in the dialog.
3. Use the Switch buttons to:
- Enable punctuation pauses (adds brief pauses at punctuation; works only with group size of 1).
- Enable speed variability (slows for longer chunks, speeds up for shorter ones—keeps average WPM steady).
